Find a quiet, comfortable space where you can fully relax—your favorite chair, a cozy blanket, headphones, and perhaps a warm cup of tea nearby.

Before we begin, we’ll make sure your microphone, headphones (no earbuds), and camera are set up properly so we can connect clearly and comfortably throughout the session.

We begin with a relaxed conversation about your intentions, questions, and the areas of life you would like to explore or better understand.

This time allows us to build trust, create clarity, and prepare for the deeper work ahead.

You will then be gently guided into a deeply relaxed hypnotic state. You remain aware, safe, and fully in control throughout the experience.

Even though sessions are conducted online, the experience remains deeply personal and connected.

What if we lose internet connection during the session?

If the connection is interrupted, simply reconnect using the session link or wait for my call. We can comfortably continue from where the session paused.
