The BQH technique, when conducted online, offers a unique and comfortable experience tailored to your needs. We start by ensuring your setup is just right—checking your microphone and headphones, and making sure your computer or phone is positioned so I can see you from the torso up. This creates a familiar and safe environment for you.

During our session, we’ll spend a few hours getting to know each other. This helps me understand your background and any specific areas of focus, allowing me to ask relevant questions if anything arises during the session.

Next, I guide you into a semi-conscious state of relaxation—a deeply restful state where you can feel secure and at ease. Rest assured, nothing harmful can happen during this process.
