I was fortunate to have a past life regression session with Ricky, a gentle, kind soul and licensed practitioner of QHHT. She discussed the process, then spent a couple of hours asking me about events which shaped my life and were memorable. Then I laid down and she easily relaxed me so we could access my subconscious mind. She explained everything clearly to me and made me feel very safe and comfortable. At certain times my conscious mind wanted to override, but I kept speaking what came up first and interesting stories came forth. My subconscious recalled not only past lives, but Ricky managed to have my subconscious make sense of those lives’ experiences and even find clear direction for me in them. Every single concern and question I had shared with her prior to the session was addressed to my subconscious by her. At the end, even things which I had not considered beforehand were presented by my subconsciousness to be addressed. The entire session was very well-done. I could not imagine a session being that thorough, safe and effective. She provided an audio recording of the session and asked me to hear it to benefit from it. When I woke up the following morning, I felt much more integrated in my psyche. I felt very good. The session had resolved issues. Dreams in the night had confirmed what I covered in the session. My pain levels reduced and I slept very well. I woke refreshed with a sense of wonder. I suspect that this particular treatment is highly beneficial in many ways which I, as a first-time experience of the process, am unable to comprehend or express at the moment. Recovering lost memories and gaining direction and strength in your life are wonderful. Rediscovering the ability to trust and speak truth, plainly, simply, like an innocent child is an invaluable gift which can dramatically improve relations and enrich lives.
